What good is holistic food if the dog won’t eat it?

Everyone on here tells me to feed my dog Blue Buffalo or Natural Balance or foods in that category, but my dogs don’t like them! They do, however, love the Royal Canin or the Nutro Max. What good is feeding my dog the “best” food if they don’t like it? I mean, I don’t see anything wrong with feeding Royal Canin or Nutro. My dogs don’t have any allergies and they are very healthy. All the “best” foods have fruits and veggies in them, but do they really need all that? Dogs in the wild just ate meat! My vet says to feed my dogs whatever they enjoy. Does anyone here agree? After all, pet food companies have spent years of research formulating their foods so how can they be as bad as people on here are saying they are??

PET EXPO…I Need ideas…?

I will be renting a booth at a huge Pet Expo. I will be promoting a holistic pet food and I will have one maybe more Adoptable dogs with me. I will be trying to promote my pet food of course and was thinking of a drawing, raffles, helium balloons to be seen above the crowds. There are over 200 other not for profits attending. Expected over 600 people to attend. Ideas for my booth to be attractive and elegant and of course profitable will be appreciated. I will have people helping me with the adoptions and the booth.
I wanted to ad that I am experience at the adoption part of. Actually I am very strict with a 4 page adoption agreement and a money back return policy to ensure the dogs come back to me and nobody else. The promoting of the booth itself and the pet food are new to me. Thanks for any ideas!

Food! So important to the way of life. So why do we feed ourselves the best we can afford and sometimes not afford, but we feed out pets, mainly dogs, and cats, the cheapest food we can find. We treat our pets like garbage cans and think that whatever we feed them must be what they need to eat. Well, im here to say today, THAT IS WRONG! The average dog and cat has a number of problems that we consider normal for a pet.Runny eyes, itchy skin, weight conditions, laziness, and bad joints, so, do any of these sound familiar. If we ate the things on the bottom of the garbage can every day, I am willing to guess we would have problems.
Pets need the same kinds of nutrients, proteins, and vitamins that we require as human beings, so, why do we continue to not provide them with the proper diets. As the owner and care taker of our animals its our job to feed and care for them properly. I challenge you today to look at what you feed your pet. Ask these very basic questians. Who made it? Where did the meats come from? Are there fillers? Fillers are products like corn, wheat, or any other grasses. Wheat and corn are the number one causes of allergies in pets. Other queastians can be…. Does my food have the proper proteins, nutrients, and vitmains? Is my food holistic? The list goes on and on. There is a number of great foods out there.
